Women Build engages women in the effort to create homeownership opportunities for families struggling to afford a safe, decent home. By recruiting, educating, and inspiring women, we can transform lives in our communities.

Can I direct a gift from my IRA?

If you are at least 70 ½ years old, you can make a gift of up to $105,000 each year to GDM Habitat, directly from your IRA.
