Walnut Crossing, a 48-townhome project, addresses Central Iowa’s housing shortage by offering affordable homes to families and individuals, like teachers, retail workers, and healthcare staff who are being priced out of Waukee housing market. With home prices topping $375K, this development supports those who help the city thrive but can’t afford to live in it. Infrastructure is underway and vertical construction begins in late 2025. GDM Habitat seeks to close a $100,000 funding gap and your gift makes a big difference.
